One of the reasons I love living where I do is that it's very flat - you get these huge, beautiful skies and incredible sunsets. Sometimes it feels so expansive, so uplifting, so light, that I wouldn't mind if it was summer all year round. And then I realise - nope, I wouldn't actually want that.
