I have something beeeautiful to share with you today - something that's going to help you safely, profoundly and powerfully feel and release your unwanted or negative emotions.

Most of us are chronic feeling-avoiders. Who wants to feel negative emotions? Bleugh, no thanks.

But, my dearest friend, you gotta. I know you know this. What you resist persists - and that's doubly true for your feelings.

You might worry that your feelings are going to overwhelm you - especially if you've been holding on to them for a long time.

You might worry that if you feel them too much, they'll become real - or you might sink into the pit. 

Or you might judge yourself for having the feeling in the first place - who are you to feel bad, when others are worse off than you?

You might not even be aware that you're avoiding your feelings. Do you do any of these?

  • endless scrolling on your phone

  • 'browsing' in the fridge

  • being unable to stop after one glass

  • eating when not hungry

  • constantly being busy

  • putting up with unhappy relationships/jobs

These are all numbing / distracting /avoidance tactics. And whaddya know - they kind of work - temporarily.

BUT - if you ignore your feelings, they'll keep coming back again and again and again - louder and louder, until they get heard.

If you do this for a long time, they get more and more embedded into your identity, till that's just who you are.

Love, I know you don't want this for yourself. I don't want this for you, it's disempowering. You deserve to be happy.
